Osun Civil Servants Storm Secretariat To Welcome Re-elected Adeleke
Osun state civil servants have on Monday storm the Bola Ige House in Abere, Osogbo, to welcome the re-elected governor of the state, Ademola Adeleke.Government
Thousands of workers mobilised from across the state flooded the State Secretariat in continuation of the celebration over the Saturday election victory.
NPO Reported that Adeleke was yesterday declared winner of the poll with 511,067 votes, beating his closest rival, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress, who recorded 444,811 votes.
The governor’s victory had sparked wild jubilation across the state as residents took to the street to celebrate.
The celebration would continue on Monday with the civil servants’ march to the Bola Ige House to received Adeleke as he returns to the government house.
